 | HOLY COMMUNION FOR THE SICK Holy Communion is brought to the sick and housebound members of the Church. Christ is Present ‘whole and entire’ as the Eucharistic Minister holds up the Sacred Host. Our Risen Lord shares His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. “I am the living bread which has come down from Heaven.  | THE FIRE OF CHRIST’S PRAISE .With the eyes of faith we see the glory and holiness of Christ as a ‘fire’ of praise soars Heavenward to the Father from Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. We can kneel before the tabernacle or the altar, expressing our love and gratitude, allowing Christ to irradiate us with His graces. “He is the radiant light of God’s glory and the perfect copy of his nature, sustaining the universe by his powerful command.” Heb 1:3.  | CHRIST’S LIGHT, SHINING THROUGH US The greater is our willingness to love and serve God and our neighbour, the more powerfully does the grace of Christ pour through our lives upon other people. “The life and death of each of us has its influence on others.” Rm 14:7. OIL-M:195 |
 | LOVE FOR OUR NEIGHBOUR When we leave to take up our everyday business, when the Mass has ended, we must do everything in the name of Christ. We can bring Christ’s truth and love to everyone we meet. “Just as I have loved you, you also must love one another.  | FOLLOWING CHRIST’S WAY If we surrender our lives to Christ and strive to do His Will in everything, whether as lay-persons or Clergy or religious, we help other people to follow the sure way to Heaven. “You were sanctified, and with your blood you bought men for God of every race, language, people and nation and made them a line of kings and priests, to serve our God and to rule the world.” Rev 5:9-10.
